Hi Guys
I have a site where DID/DOD is used,

When I make a call from any extension the MD110 send the extension number and a prefix xxxx ( four digit)

e.g.:
the route is 88 so
RONDI:ROU=88,EXNOpu=0-xxxx;

So the B-answer (which is a public subscriber) will receive "xxxx1234 where (1234 is the extension number in the MD110).

So if that called number want to call extension 1234 he sould dial xxxx1234 .(from any where in CA state as an example about a public call to the extension in the MD110)

That’s working fine.

I programmed a Disa number:
Nansi:numtyp=DI,Numse=YYYY;

Then if I call from any where to disa number (xxxxYYYY) I will get a dial ton then I can make a call to a cell_phone as an example. I mean: I am at home and I need to make a bussness call to a Cell_phone so I will call xxxYYYY then I will used my auth code to make that call. up to now everything is O.K.

The small problem as folows:
The caller ID that will be received on the cell_phone IS:XXXX

The MD110 will not send any extension number!!!!

I used the common public number:
CPDNI:DIR=NNNN;

But that is not working!

How could I programme the MD110 to send a common directory number in this case?
BTW (for known only): The common directory number is working for VIP extensions:
For example: Extension 1000 is a VIP so If he makes a call the common public number shuold be received on the B-Answer. So from ACD parameters I can tell the MD110 to send the common public number instead of the extension number. In my case it is O.K.

Please any Idea to inforce the MD110 to send a common directory number or any other nubers instead of let it empety?

Your help will be approciated?

Regards
