A new mystery...ACPI Utility

I'm using an ASUS A8N-E board and whenever I start windows (freshly installed) I hget a new hardware found wizard that wants to install software for the ATK0110 ACPI UTILITY.

However...

I can't install it. It says insert the ATK0110 ACPI UTILITY CD. I tried the motherboard CD but it didn't work. It's looking for the ASACPI.sys file.

What is this?

Difficult to find information on this, but I've done a quick search on Google and it seems legitimate - ACPI Controller related.

Couldn't find any mention of the driver on the relevant ASUS page - if it's not on the supplied CD it might be worth posting in ASUS's forum for the motherboard in question.

Okay, the driver is an ASUS AI booster program. Very annoying but I seemed to fix it.
