A lot of warning in the Application Event Viewer

We are running BES ver 3.6.4.8 on Windows 2003. Our Database is on the SQL Cluster environment. We've been getting the following warning in our event viewer:
Event ID:20265
{username1@abc.com}***MAPI***MAPIMailbox::HandleObjectModifiedNotification -OpenEntry (0x80004005) failed.

Event ID:20452
{username2@abc.com} Could not Update Folder State. TagId=137842

Event ID:20035
{username3}***MAPI***CDOCalendar::~CDOCalendar()-Exception handled.

Event ID:20000
{username4@abc.com}GetRIMMeetingReq Failed in LaunchCalHelperAndGetResults

We didn't know exactly why it shows up. Is there anything we could do to fix these warning messages?

PS: We are about to upgrade to version 4.0 next week. We just hope that it will help reduce these warnings.
