A little Chart Help ;)

Ok I need to make a bar chart with 4 totals fields.

In my table I only have the Facility, Date and Asnswer1 - 10 fields. I made totals of the answers so I have formulas with the totals.

So in the chart where it says "Show Values" I put the totals in, but where it says "On change of/For each record" I dont know what to put or which one to select.

And they dont explain this very well in the CR help section

ok i solved this problem by addign a new field into the table and putting all 1's in it and putting on change of this field do blah blah...

New problem

In the legend it shows the names of the Formulas, as in Sum of @blah blah, how can I change it to something normal like a month or some name?
