I'm being asked to provide a how-to for a new Help Desk using ASA. The HD will do simple tasks in the CMs (Rel 7) and VM such as station level name changes, button programming, COS, COR, and some stating and resetting of services like trunks, boards.

Wondering if anyone has assembled something like this already?

This would be better done via System Manager where you can more granularly control their access and have some logging of access and what has been done.

I created some ID/pass logins allowing either read-only and/or some light station programming.

google "definity little instruction book". Its an old read but most still applies to station administration.

definity little instruction book" - That worked!! Thx guys...
