I have no idea how you play your game and that's after reading the help!!

I'd work on the help first....

Purveyor of quality HTML, CSS, Javascript, TCL, SQL, ASP, VB, and am developing a palate for Java.
Yes the only thing that seems to happen is that when you click the button the browser reports an error.

The links do not appear to actually link to anything.

Why do you need us to tell you that the page doesn't work?

-pete

    My page works perfectly in Internet Explorer 4.0. The links don't link to anything until the game starts, at which point they activate javascript functions informing the program of what button you've clicked on (in entering the pattern). The reason the button might not be working is because your browser doesn't recognise the "disabled" property of form elements. I will make another post later explaining the rules.

hehe, there are a few things people need to understand about good webpage ediquites(i dont think I spelled that right), for one , "working perfectly in ..." is not a valid excuse, also most websites should aim for maxium compatibility , if not, then must post a declaimer, All controls should be done in Standard HTML, then handled by script if wished to do so, just thought you'd want to know.
Karl
kb244@kb244.8m.com
<a href=
Experienced in , or have messed with : VC++, Borland C++ Builder, VJ++6(starting),VB-Dos, VB1 thru VB6, Delphi 3 pro, Borland C++ 3(DOS), Borland C++ 4.5, HTML, ASP(somewhat), QBasic(least i didnt start with COBOL)

Well, I got IE 5.0 and it does'nt even work..

I suggest you work on it some more and then when it actually works come back and tell us..otherwise don't post that you got a new game and tell us to tell you what's wrong with it...

on the bottom of the page it actually reads "Error on page"

hope that helps a little..

Spike

As I said, it works in IE 4! I also think the rules are quite obvious: the computer displays the pattern, and when it finishes, you repeat the pattern.

hehe, it seems you need to work on your skills, having a game work with only a single browser, but not a family of browsers (like IE ver and up) well its just not good pratice.
Karl
kb244@kb244.8m.com
<a href=
Experienced in , or have messed with : VC++, Borland C++ Builder, VJ++6(starting),VB-Dos, VB1 thru VB6, Delphi 3 pro, Borland C++ 3(DOS), Borland C++ 4.5, HTML,Visual InterDev 6, ASP(WebProgramming), QBasic(least i didnt start with COBOL)

He's right, you should support a family of browsers, but your game looks interesting. Keep up the good work!

Thanks for 'good work!' I try, I try, I aim to please!
