Hello again.
I have a form called Plotting Statement, this statement should automatically send data another form called Plotting Invoice. I created a query, table and form for both of these. They are done. All I need to do is send the data from the Plotting Statement to the Plotting invoice automatically. For example:
Client Number: 3
NUmber of plots: 6
Date: 6/19/03
Remarks: Please read attached instructions.
etc.....
these are fields in BOTH forms. How do I link them in such a way so that when I enter a new Plotting Statement record I also create a new Plotting Invoice record as well.

I know how to do this from Access to Word, but how do you do this from Access to Access?
If someone knows how to do this please help me.
