a firewall in AIX

in a subnet I have a few AIX systems. of course there are no dedicated firewalls between them.

For a security reasons from/to one of this system in that subnet I need to permanently deny all connections coming to/from the other systems in that subnet.

Anyone knows how to achieve it in an easy and reliable way?
