A few issues. Messages cut short, and Messages hours late.

I created this mailbox to take the ACD calls that dont want to wait. It gets maybe 300 calls to that box an 8 hour day. We get about 5 or so messages a day that are short "Hi my name is Bob Su......" All the latest and greatest patches the mailbox class has plenty of time, nothing is getting near the class limits. Thats one issue! The next is on the same box, messages sometimes (very intermittently) messages come in like 4 hours late.
