I purchased "NIS 2004". Uninstalled NIS 2003 and tried to install NIS 2004 but kept getting an installation error. The error didn't specify what happened except to say an error has occurred. I then ran defrag and scandisk. The defrag went well but the scandisk failed and I got the following message.
A fatal exception has occurred at: OE 0028:C00078C0 In VXD VMM(01)+ 000068C0. I completed all win 98se up-dates and uninstalled and reinstalled my display drivers. The scandisk runs for about 10 to 15 minutes before the error occurs.
