a drive conflict

my a (disk) drive dont work and wen i start up it sead somthing about a drive conflict what hapend and can i fix it
 
You have two drivers of the same type trying to use the same space , Right Click on my Computer select properties this will bring up the device manager, Select :Device Management" and look for anything that has an YELLOW !. This will ID your problem .depending on what it is you can delete the last installed and that will take care of your Conflict
