a domain controller for domain could not be contacted - Edited

I am having trouble adding a Client to my Windows SBServer 2003. I have completely updated the server through microsoft update and windows update prior to this configuration. I am attempting to add a Client computer which is running Windows 7 Professional.

I have verified that i have a DNS service running on my Domain Controller. However, i screenshotted the propery screens of what i believe is all pertinent settings - TCP/IP,DNSmgmt, Ipconfig, etc.
