I saw this kind of technique in Google applications, probably in Gamil or Calendar. Basically, a dialog box (might be created by a DIV block) pops up asking for some information and the entire page is somehow locked and I cannot click on it until I dismiss the box.

It works the same as the Dialog form in a desktop application. I think it is done with javascript and have no idea how it is done.

Any tips for that?

Thanks in advance.
