Any way to make a multi-languages application easily with c#, like switching from french to english, english to french without loads of refresh fonctions?

I don't believe so the language is picked up from your system settings, so you would have to have something else figure out what language you need...

.NET contains all you need to build a solid multi-language application. Depending on what you mean by that:
Labels and messages, Date and Time ,Number and Currency formats, calendars, Fonts , sorting and many other etc... aspects it is not trivial task.
