Hi

I am attempting to create a form in Excel. This form is required to search for a date which is less than or equal to the current date. How can this be done? I have tried many things but to no avail can anyone help?

Could you explain how the form is supposed to work? I need more info... Tony
:)

Hi Tony

Thanks for the quick response

The form I am attempting to design in excel 97 is for tracking equipment which has to be serviced at certain points through the year. What I would like to do is create a form which allows me to use the current date ie today's and look back throughout the year to see how many times this has happened. I would then add a price and this would show how much it has cost me.

I have tried to use the formula <=Date() however this did not work as requested. I can't get the "<=" aspect to work as it does in Access.

Hopefully this makes some sense.

Thanks DreamBoat for that bit of information. I have "NOW" :) managed to complete my little project. I did however have a problem with the sorting of the data when using <=NOW this turned out be be the date format, it was set for the US style eg mm/dd/yy.

Thanks once more for your help.
