An honest curiosity that I was wondering about over lunch today: how big (number of stores, dollars per year, yadda) does a company have to be to deal with Radiant directly? Essentially cutting out the reseller and having direct-ish access to support, updates, and so forth. I'd imagine there are chains with x number of people in a support role, buying hardware and software directly, simply because it makes both economic and logistic sense at some point.
Not doubting my local resller, and I'm in zero position to take on such a task, but was just pondering. If anyone has answers or thoughts, please share.
