A counsler for specific genre??

I have not found a specific computer job related counsler. Any links to these?

Looking for someone that can guide me down a path and links to the hiring for companies. I have had several friends use something similar where they pay a counsler\advisor to help them maximize themselves but the MOST important thing is they had direct links to hiring companies. This was for real estate. So I would like to know what is available for the IT realm.
