A change has occurred im my VB6 set 1

A change has occurred im my VB6 settup. When I write a new program, the program runs to a debug point, with the Project and Form buttons on the bottom line, allowing switching back and forth. Even the simplest form with no controls does this. A "maximized" window is not maximized.
Can anyone enlighten me on what has happened.

You accidentally moved the properties box to the bottom of the screen when you had your epileptic fit.
Click and hold down the mouse on them and drag them back to the right hand edge of the screen.
