I have 9650 phones on a CM 5.2. I was told by a friend from another BP that he saw a way to program a button that when pressed, it will sent a incoming caller to a pre-determined station or ?? When I asked how, he didnt remmember.

So, if I am on a call, and see an incoming call, I can just press a button and send it off to wherever.

This location should be different than the message button which sends the call to vmail.

I programmed a transfer to voicemail feature code of 118 and played with this for a while, but cant get a one touch forward on an incoming call. Does anyone know how this is programmed? THANKS!

Just hoping to bump this as I am still playing with this and cant get it going.. Thx

Try send calls to a cover path that has the number you want or EC500 to the number you want

Try setting up a "SEND" button on the station...we use that to send calls to a pre-determined location/number that is not voicemail when on another call.

for calls to a principal with a cover path:
"send-calls", "goto-cover" buttons will send to your cover path

If your station is an ec500:
"ec500" button will send to your cell
