Hi all,

I have a table that contains information about meetings for my team including date, start time, end time, location, description, etc. I want to create a nice looking monthly calendar (i.e. grid with boxes format) and populate it with information from my table. Does anyone have ideas on how to accomplish this? Thanks!

It was not easy, but here is what I did.

I created a temporary table that was 7 columns by 6 rows. This accounted for the maximum range of a calendar. I then simply populated each field with the appropriate information.

But, I recall seeing a thread on this site where someone offered a copy of an Access database with all the features for data entry and reporting. I recommend doing a search of this site for Calendar... I "think"? I have a copy, if u can not locate it.

htwh,
