A Browser Compatibility Question!

Hello,
Here is my question:
Please visit website.
While there, if you use Internet Explorer and check the html source from the browser, you'll see a source code that's specific to I.E (VBScript).
By using Netscape, however, you'll see a completely different HTML source code that is specific to Netscape. How is this achieved?
Is this done by code on the server side or what? I'm very curious to find out the answer.

It looks like their initial index page is using a browser redirect script for IE and netscape. You would not be able to see it because it detects your browser immediately and sends you to the correct version of the site dependent on your browser.
