A BCM with a DR1/DR3 Paging Tone, how is this possible?

My friend bought a BCM50 from Australia and he sent me a video demonstrating the paging abilities of the system. The default page tone for the telephone set speakers is the original "tri tone" page prompt that existed on the first releases of the Norstar but disappeared with the DR5.1 around 1993 when it was replaced with a single tone we are all most familiar with.

Any ideas why the Australian BCM system would still have the old school page tone......I actually kind of like it.
