I have a small hunt group with 3 lines [ they already have 1 group with a auto-attendent] they need an auto-attendant for these lines to go to .My problem is that I set up a phantom group for the delay and put the these ext. into it and the lines ,but the A.A. will not answer but if you call the group by dialing internaly [790] it will go to an A.A. MAILBOX please advise

It's not clear to me what you did or what you want to do. You said you have a small hunt group with three lines. Do you mean three extensions or three outside lines? You want the group to go to an autoattendant. What is the group number? Who are the members? What lines are attached? Which autoattendant are the calls supposed to go to? Have you set up a mailbox for the group in voicemail (as an autoattendant mail box)? You also said you set up overflow for the group - how is it set up? - where do the calls go first?

If you made a group with an AA mailbox make sure that ext is in cover group 30.
