_day_of_week(Current_Date,1) failing 8.4.1

Hi

I am current migrating reports from 8.1 to 8.4.1 there is a day of week function in the header. This is failing in 8.4.1 with local processing error. I have check FM is set to LP.

Any help would be appreciated.

Compared with Cognos 8.1 later versions are less permissive regarding the input of Cognos functions. You may have used input for the Cognos function that is no longer allowed in 8.4.1.
What is the datatype you are using _day_of_week against?

Just tested it on 8.4.1. and there is nothing wrong with your expression. Are you using this definition in another expression?
