9iAS R2 9.0.2.0.1 on W2k Server CPU,Memory chart problem

I do not get CPU Usage and Memory Usage chart in
Enterprise Manager browser, tried to change decimal symbol
(and digit grouping) in Regional Options - Numbers, but did
not get results. Server and 9iAS rebooted.

Does anybody have solution for this.

Rest of instalation still remain problematic as in recent
post.

Problem solved.
One must edit the registry key:
My Computer\HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Control Panel\International\sDecimal modify to "."

It is important to edit registry, because here system record settings during installation, and later change of Regional Options wouldn't suffice.
