[9iAS] - Ejb CMP deployment time

hello all,

i just start to use oracle9iAS this week, and i have trouble while deploying ejb CMP, the deployment take a too long time !!!! about 20-30 minutes for an ear projet with only 2 ejb session and 2 ejb entity !!!).
I also have a probleme to get data about the memory and the cpu used, or jndi use ... in the EM, got a message that said no data are available ... I know that those data are gathering by dms services, but doesn't seems to be well working ... any idea ?
