Hi all,

I'm a system administrator and i would like to know the basics of oracle. When i ask my boss at work for training, he refuse to send me becauase we do have DBAs in the company but i would like to know at least the basic of oracle so i can fine tune our servers. So could you please guide me to any documents or books for that?
