we are in a permenant right sizing mode...holding company is like a vampire and no matter what we in the field try to do it has turned into a death spiral..the image i used to descripe to an exec 5 years ago when we saw the direction we were going in is...picture a turd in a bowl and then flush it ...the last noise you hear is the very noise we are hearing in the field...round and round we went and the poof with a mighty swooshing sound we were gone 8000 strong now down to max 2500 oh well thats my sad story

luv2ski, I heard that swooshing sound too. Over 50,000, yes that was over 50,000 of us gone in a flash, and now people are wondering what happened to quality control, and why there are so many bugs in the new systems. Oh well, just had to say it. It amazes me that a post with the title of ?? can get this many replies. Fun stuff.
