We have a 9840A with a scratch loader, and I'm not sure if there is a special firmware for this? I've installed a new drive, and set the config to CSL Manual, System, or Auto, and the LED for the SYS mode stays lit on all occasions. The mode button will not let me change the mode, either. Any suggestions?
