Hi All,

MAN, it's been a log time since I had to image a laptop with Windows 98...SMILE. Everytime I put the image on a Dell C Series or a Compaq laptop, the floppy and the CDRom won't work. I can hear them both, and they boot from both, but Windows doesn't "see" them. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Best Regards,
Todd

YOu might try deleting them from the mangler and let them be found again.

Best thing to do when you image across hardware platforms is to us regedit and delete the HKLM enum folder to force hardware enumeration on the next reboot.
