Getting a The request failed with HTTP status 404: Not Found. /emcservice/emcservice.asmx

Anyone have any suggestions on a fix?

Thanks so much for the reply.

I am not seeing in the IIS manager a way to stop or restart the EMC service. Any thoughts on what I might be doing wrong?

I'm still having this issue so if anyone has any ideas, I would certainly appreciate it.
