96xxupgrade.txt

where can I find the 96xxupgrade.txt file? I keep reading something about renaming the 96xxsettings.txt but that doesn't make sense - the content of the upgrade file is different than the settings file
 
Most of the txt files are auto generated when needed so you can’t find them in the system folder. If you want to see the file open a browser and goto 192.168.42.1/96xxupgrade.txt (put the IP address of you IPO in place of the default address)
In some cases you may need to put http:// or https:// before the IP address but if you are on a flat LAN you shouldn’t need to
 
Yes it is created upon request (like when you type what Swiney says above) then deleted. You can create your own and it will stay but not usual best practice.
