Running CM 5.2.1. I have 2 SIP phones set up as OPS stations and are registered to SES. Internal calling is no problem. When I call from the outside, Dial Plan Transparency is used and the call is re-routed to the DPT LDN and the call fails. Short of turning off DPT on every network region, I cannot find a way around this. Any thoughts?
 
DPT is a CM/H.323 feature and is not applicable to SIP endpoints. I am assuming you only have an SES at one site so all communication between the SES and any remote endpoint will need to be over the LAN/WAN.
