Hi

I have been asked by a customer about the above, and have found an old SIP 9620 document that alludes to a softkey being available that could be pre-programmed to dial a an emergency number. I am trawling the support site to see how this can be programmed and if so is it possible on H.323 sets as well?

Thanks

I have been able to have this option available not a key programmed but you set the cor of dissociated sets see below, this will mean users will be able to dial out. From Memory I had to remove the TN number and leave blank.
