96X1 transfer to park call short code reboots system in R8 1

Just FYI in case any of you have 9621/9641 phones out there. I've noticed recently that transferring a call to a short code for call park causes a system reboot. Doesn't seem to do it on my 5621 nor 9608 but sure does it every time on my 9641. Started a ticket with Tier 3 but don't expect a resolution since the phones are not officially supported.

Why would you transfer a call to a call park short code? (miss use should still not cause a reboot)

Computers are like Air conditioners:-
Both stop working when you open Windows

Customer has 30 park zones so they obviously don't have 30 park buttons. Plus if it were analog phones involved as well they would have no choice so rather than training, on this phone do it this way and on that phone do it that way we just train people to do it the same way on all phones.
