9670G SIP support

hello

after upgrading our customer platform from avaya aura 6.2 to avaya aura 8.0 , they want to migrate their phones from h323 to SIP , one of them is the 9670G phones , im asking if they support the sip firmware or not ?

i did check the avaya suppport for the sip firware and i found it , but when i check the previous datasheet , its mention only h323 as communication protocol,

if anyone have the correct answer , it would be nice to share it with me

There is no SIP firmware for the 9670G.

I'm going to say h323 only. If it did support SIP, it would be 96x0 and not 96x1 - so, version 2.6.xx like a 9650 or whatever. All the release notes for those firmwares don't mention supporting 9670.
