9670G HTTP/HTTPS 905 error

Values on a 9670G were reset and I am trying to reload the 46xxsettings.txt file using MVIPTel from my laptop. Phone is statically assigned and both HTTP and HTTPS servers are pointed at MVIPTel. when the phone restarts and tries to look for the files I am getting "HTTP: 1 -905" and "HTTP: 1 -905". I have done this before with no problem but for some reason now it won't work.

Has anyone else had this issue?
