Hava you any advice to find better and user frendlier software for Contacts list editor instead of OneX Deskphene Companion tool. That is terrible :(.

Sadly no.

The desk phone companion tool was designed to pull information from Outlook contacts lists. I suppose it assumes you plan to manage your contacts in Outlook, but wish to import them to your desk phone now and then.

Ok.. And any idea from Lotus Notes?

I don't think they intended you to import from Lotus notes.

If you use Lotus notes, check out the One-X communicator software. It has an integration with Notes, and can dial numbers directly from the screen, (rather than importing them to the contacts list and dialing them from there).

You can also use it to dial from Outlook, or to dial numbers seen on web pages.
