Customer has two 9650 telephones and when they applied the latest firmware 3.103S these two phones will just reset. The error in CM is 1537 Aux code 40968 (link down) however on the Web Maintenance under IP Events when those two phones reset nothing is recorded in the IP Event log. The server is CM 4.0.5 I am trying to find a way to remove the latest firmware 3.103s and roll back one release to see if the random resets stop. Customer states these sets never had this problem until they updated the firmware.

remove all of the files associated with 3.103S, put all of the files associated with 3.102S in your http directory, reboot the phone. it will downgrade itself. btw - i've been running 3.102S for 2 weeks now and my phone has been fine. but i'm on cm 5.2.1....
