Has anyone been able to connect a 96xx SIP phone remotely using ACME Packet as the SBC and TLS as the Transport Type? Once I enter the username and password the phone goes to "Acquiring Service

I have with 96x1, yes, and it was on SMGR 6.3.2 with a special patch from Avaya to support that remote worker functionality.

I'd say to start and test, go to the latest everything, try a 96x0 and 96x1, and review your TLS setup between Acme and SM/SMGR.

IIRC, Acme is tight on the security and needs a certificate signed by System Manager.

Avaya SOLN239006 in their knowledge base is a great place to start.
