I have a question. In regards to the 9650 IP phones, when there is a power outage, the Avaya phones tend NOT to come back online. It could be they are searching for a DHCP server and when one isn't up in the time frame, the phones just time out.
I know with Cisco IP Phones they will continue to search for a DHCP server until one is found. Anyone know why this is? Thanks.
