All,
Hoping we can get some insight into some problems we are having with a new deployment. the first is with the DHCP, when the 9641G is connected to the network the phone asks for an extn number, when inpout the phone discovers polling the IP addresses in the 242 string, when the phone is statically assigned the phone registers successfully.
the second issue is with the phone themselves, once registered they are very unstable and reboot automatically.
any help would be appreciated :)

Start by ensuring that you are running the latest software on the phones. For an H.323 9641G, that is either 6.2.4 from May 2013 or 6.3.0 which was just released. Also make sure that your CM is patched to current.
