9640G VPN with BSR222

Hi, All,

I wish to configure a VPN with 9640G and BSR222. the IPO release is 8.1 and the 9640G could register into the IPO without the VPN.
When i configure the group VPN, the 9640 reset and try to connect to the tunnel but i have a VPN tunnel failure at the end.

Could somebody help me ?

This is the wrong forum. The IP Office Partner Edition and other IP Office Basic Edition modes do not support IP phones at all, so no VPN phone. You need the main IP Office forum (
