I have a 7.0.1 CM and we want to move our call centers to the 9640G with expansion module. the expansion module has 10 buttons setup for "q-calls" then I put in the que number, lets say "14". this will now show on the expansion module as 14. the agents want to know if the "14" can be changed to the "name" of the que. I said yes but it has to be done on the phone its self.
my question now is this... is there a way to "duplicate" this once I have a phone setup the way the agents want it, with the name not the number? I have 75 phone to setup.
