I am trying to get a color screensaver logo on our 9640g phones. This is a month old system for one of our offices and at the time that the phones were initially plugged in, we had set a B/W screensaver logo in the settings file (which works). We then tried changing to a color screensaver file but the color image wouldn't come up on the phones (even after the phones were power cycled, the B/W logo shows). We just had a new hire and when I took one of my spare phones that had not been plugged into our system before and plugged it in, the screensaver logo comes up in color. Is there something we are missing on why the rest of the phones do not display the color logo?

Thank you.

My guess is the name of both files are the same. For example if your B&W file is SS.jpg and you load a color file called SS.jpg, the phone will not download the new file as it already has that file. Try changing the name of both the color file name and the name in the 46xxsettings.txt file.
