9640 C reset

I have a 9640 C ...fresh out of the box, and it will not take any CRAFT password....goes right back to restarting.

does anyone know how I can reset the phone?

Do not enter a password but just #
Had the same yesterday with a 9650

The password can also be cleared by putting this line in your "46xxsettings.txt" file:

SET PROCPSWD ""

That sets it to [null], where you can just hit the "#" key t0 get into the phone settings, as above.
