Hi

we have phone 9630G and 9608G when I connect them to the 1151C1 power supply injector this injector goes out.
 
I assume you're using the 1151C1 transformer because your Ethernet switch doesn't provide POE. If it does, you'll not need this injector.

Otherwise, please look at how you've got this wired. Make sure the patch from "Phone" connection from the transformer to the 96xxG phone is using a full straight-through 8 wire connection. Even the earlier versions like 1151B1 output the necessary +48 V, 417 mA required for either of the two phones you mentioned. If it still doesn't work after checking your wiring and/or the output itself, you might need to replace it. Other than an overload or short, that LED shouldn't extinguish when you plug the phone in.
