9630G with VPNremote software

I thought the 96xx range of phones could be used with the vpnremote software? Looking at the knowledgebase it says just the 56xx/46xx range work. Is this the case? The sales guy sold the 9630G with the assumption that a hardware vpn would not be needed to get the phone to work.

Never Mind. Overthinking it. I see it doesn't need the vpnremote software, it just needs the vpn enabled.
