9630 programming code

I have gotten a 9630 that i need to test and program. It wont take DHCP because its set to VLAN of 41. When I press * to program to try and reset the network settings its asking for a code. I cant find a default code for this any where other then 1234 and that does not work. If any one else has one to try please let me know. Thank you.

any one know what can be done if this password has been changed? Im guessing i have to have a DHCP server running with the correct option set to wipe the phone out and start over?

Are you sure its been changed? Are you pressing "#" after the 27238 code.

Yah I did press #. Testing a few of them and I got one to let me in and the other just resets as soon as I hit #. I think I need to make my boss buy me a windows server so I can have a real DHCP server.
