9621G Phone upgrade

Hello everyone,
just plugged in a new 9621G phone in a 8.1.67 IP 500V2 system and now the VPN option is gone in settings,
how can I get that back? Do need to get the latest bin files and extract them into my manager folder?

I don't think the VPN is supported on that software build for the 9621 but you must alter the settings.txt file to enable VPN.
It is in the documents for these phones, try google or support.avaya.com

I have it enabled by default but with 9.0 firmware.

Why? I only activate it when needed. Do you also start software on your PC although you never use it?

I mean the VPN option is there by default but not enabled
When there is no 46xxsettings.txt on the IPO than the auto created one will give you the VPN option.
